Resi Award 2023 shortlisting announced for chapmanbdsp

We are delighted to announce that chapmanbdsp has been shortlisted for a 2023 Resi Award.

The annual awards, which are hosted by Property Week magazine, celebrate the best work in the sector and bring together leading developers, landlords, house builders, operators, investors, financiers, agencies and local authorities.

The company has been named a finalist in the Consultancy Practice of the Year category, in recognition of its work in the sector in the part year.

As well as launching a new sustainability tool for clients, the residential team also completed several high-profile schemes in the sector, including Phase 2 of the Battersea Power Station project and Portland Place, our latest project in Stratford’s 'East Village'.

The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in May.
