DWC Hilton Hotel

The DWC Hilton will be a striking new 5 star hotel located in Dubai World Central. The area is part of the 145 km2 masterplanned urban development centred around Dubai’s Al Maktoum International Airport.

Spread over seven floors, the 5 star hotel will comprise 450 guest rooms, 85 serviced apartments, a large ballroom, eight meeting rooms and six board rooms. A village of food and beverage options, as well as a separate all-day dining restaurant, a nightclub, spa and wellness centre, fitness centre and two swimming pools will also be included.

ChapmanBDSP have been appointed to undertake MEP design, working alongside RMJM architects and Hilton.

The hotel is anticipated to open in early 2019, in time for Dubai Expo 2020.
