We have delivered a variety of MEP design consultancy services throughout London Metropolitan University’s estate for many years.
Projects range from the £1M refurbishment for the Faculty of Business and Law, at Tower Chambers, Moorgate, through to working on the much larger conversion of the university’s ex-light industrial workshop facilities at Central House, Commercial Road, into teaching facilities for the Sir John Cass School of Art Architecture and Design.
London Metropolitan University has its own internal SKA Assessor and every project we have worked on has been assessed and accredited under this system. With such a heavy weighting on MEP services elements, our input was vital in meeting their SKA Silver rating on each project, which was determined by the university.
